Coaching Philosophy:
As high school coaches I feel that it is not only our job to teach your son/daughter about the sport in which they participate, but to also help mold and guide them throughout their entire growth process.

Training Philosophy:
I learned at an early age that I could push far beyond the normal barrier of pain. I decided to test myself during each workout and race. If I crossed the finish line standing up I felt as if I did not work hard enough. I developed a training program entitled, "Harder, Faster, Stronger."  Until recently, after traveling the country and working with some of track & fields greatest and most influential coaches I added, "Smarter" to the program title. I have since incorporated a more scientific view ot training and realize that each workout has a goal other than infliction of pain (but you're still going to hurt).

Supporters of Sandwich High School Boy’s & Girl’s Indoor Track & Field,

I hope you all realize how important you are. Thanks to you we have completed our inaugural season. Though our record may not show it, I truly believe that this season was an extreme success. Thanks to you our older athletes have gained the opportunity to be recruited by many colleges/universities and it has also served as a great introduction to the sport for our younger athletes.

We currently have 5 girls in 4 events, and 6 boys in 10 events who have qualified for the MIAA Division II Class Championships. On top of that we have also had 4 boys in 3 events qualify for the National Scholastic Indoor Championships. Thanks to your kind generosity, hard work, and dedication our athletes are able to compete at the highest and most respected level.

Very truly yours,
Stephen Infascelli
